Who was studied?
Age, health condition and setting affect relevance. Results in hospital patients cannot automatically be applied to wellness visitors. Look for a clear description of the participants.
What was compared?
One person’s story can illuminate their experience without separating the effects of time, other care and expectations. Useful research explains the comparison and limitations as well as the headline result.
Does the outcome matter to you?
A laboratory value, brief comfort and the ability to carry out daily activities are different outcomes. Ask how long the change lasted and what risks were reported. Keep the source link rather than only a screenshot of its headline.
